Using the five policy areas from the Center of the Study of Child Care Employment’s (CSCCE) Early Childhood Workforce Index as a framework, this series activates early childhood leaders to strengthen the early care and education (ECE) workforce through innovations in policies, programs, working conditions, compensation, and professional development.
In this first webinar in the series, participants will:

- Learn about why leaders matter in transforming the ECE workforce
- Listen to a collaborative partner and state examples from the field
